Position: Senior Project Manager (High End Residential Development)
Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 plus bonus & benefits

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious residential development. This high-end project involves the transformation of a large, listed building set on 50 acres of land, creating over 60 premium units.
This is a pivotal role within a leading property development company known for its innovative and integrated approach to high-value projects. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction through delivery and handover, while reporting to senior stakeholders and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the complete lifecycle of a significant residential development, ensuring successful delivery from concept to handover.
* Manage all aspects of the project, including consultant appointments, procurement, and design development.
* Act as the primary liaison for investors, shareholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates and driving alignment.
* Ensure budgets, schedules, and quality standards are maintained.
* Identify risks and resolve issues proactively to keep the project on track.

About You:

* Proven experience in residential or hospitality development, with a track record of managing complex projects.
* Strong consultancy and/or construction/development background.
* Expertise in design, procurement, and contract management, with an in-depth understanding of construction methodologies.
* Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
* Adept at stakeholder management, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
