The Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Investment Consultant to join a dynamic and passionate team of real estate experts. The successful candidate will be based in Marylebone, London, and will focus on sourcing, negotiating, and executing investment deals across residential and commercial sectors. As a key member of the team, you will lead the charge in securing new business opportunities, particularly in block sales, forward purchasing/funding, build-to-rent (BTR), and private rented sector (PRS) investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and secure property development and investment opportunities in both residential and commercial sectors.
• Lead negotiations with developers and investors, managing the entire sales cycle.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their investment goals and offering tailored opportunities that align with their objectives.
• Provide senior-level consultancy, advising clients on strategic investment decisions and market trends.
• Manage both on-market and off-market property transactions, ensuring high-value returns for clients.
• Conduct thorough commercial and legal due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Continuously cultivate new business by building a network within the property investment community.

Criteria for Success:
The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in property development and investment, with a focus on residential investment sectors, including block sales, forward purchasing/funding, BTR, and PRS.
• Proven experience in sourcing, acquiring, and disposing of residential development and investment opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of the UK property market, across multiple sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to appraise, value, and negotiate property transactions.
• Familiarity with off-market opportunities and an established track record of securing such deals.
• Deep understanding of relevant regulations and industry legislation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly connect with clients and understand their core investment goals.
• A proven ability to generate significant fees through business development.
• An established network of contacts and a reputation for driving successful outcomes.
