Position: Vice President - Investments
Salary: Excellent, plus bonus + benefits
Location: London (with regular travel to Germany)

Capstone are delighted to be working with a real estate private equity partnership focussed on the logistics and industrial real estate sector that is seeking an outstanding Vice President to join their investments team.

The primary responsibility of the role will be to manage existing assets and developments in the logistics and industrial real estate sector throughout Germany. A proven track record of investment and asset management results within this sector will be preferable, as well as proven leasing achievements and an understanding of occupational requirements for modern warehousing.

Experience within a real estate private equity investment environment will be preferable. In addition, experience of the market in Germany is necessary.

About you:
* Degree level qualification
* Minimum of approx. 6 years of relevant sector experience within logistics and industrial real
estate sector
* Experience of German industrial real estate markets
* High energy and highly motivated outlook
* Investment experience and / or a strong financial background (including financial modelling)
* Strong work ethic

About the role:
* Oversight of investments across Germany
* Pro-active management of developments throughout Germany
* Seeking Investment Committee approval and overseeing capex deployment on relevant
transactions
* Managing tenant relationships
* Overseeing leasing negotiations on German assets
* Market research across Germany
* Contributing to investment committee memoranda and deal underwriting
* Contributing to board reports as required
* Assisting with capital raising initiatives as required
