Job Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will oversee commercial occupier fit-out projects in Central London, managing the entire project life cycle. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and business development acumen, as all team members contribute to business development efforts.

• Project Management:
  • Manage and deliver commercial fit-out projects
  • Oversee projects from design inception through to practical completion.
  • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Business Development:
  • Actively participate in business development activities to contribute to the company's growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial fit-out sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Client Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
  • Understand client needs and ensure their vision is realised through effective project management.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultancy Project Manager, with a focus on commercial fit-out projects.
• Demonstrated experience with Design & Build contracts.
• Proven track record of managing projects from initial design through to practical completion.
• Strong business development skills and experience in generating new business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
