SENIOR COST MANAGER
£60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus company benefits and bonus
WEST LONDON
Capstone recruitment are working exclusively with a medium sized cost management consultancy who specialise in the high-end residential and Hotel Market. They deal with some of the most High-Profile clients in the world who prioritise quality and luxury above all else.
They have and have just entered a new phase of growth and are looking for a senior cost manager to work on one of their new projects in Southwest London who is client facing, articulate and with excellent construction knowledge. They have a wide range of clients with varying project sizes and have excellent progression opportunities, positively promoting an enterprising culture.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cost Planning
- Tendering / Bill of Quantities production
- Preparation of Contract Documents
- Valuations/Reviewing Variations
- The preparation of Financial Reports to the Client
- Contract administration
- conducting and contributing to Client Meetings
Candidate Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent certification
- RICS Chartered Surveyor or close to being chartered
- A Senior level of relevant experience
- Driver's License required
- Confident and articulate - this is a Client facing role
