Associate Director Building Surveying

Up to £90,000 + Package + Bonus
I am recruiting on behalf of a UK national consultancy who has extensive commercial expertise and a deep understanding of the property life-cycle requirements of investors, occupiers, lenders and developers, their building consultancy team provides specialist advice across the full spectrum of building surveying services.
The role:
You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse, market leading client base within a team of industry leading professionals who will assist in the significant development of your career.
Ideally you will be newly charted with some experience across both professional and project based work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking, dynamic team who are at the forefront of the industry.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Technical Due diligence
- Construction monitoring
- Contract administration
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Dilapidations and exit strategy
- Party walls (previous experience not essential) Fire insurance cost assessments
