Location: Central London (flexible hybrid working)

A global real estate consultancy with over 50,000 employees worldwide is growing its London cost management team. Renowned for delivering complex, high-profile commercial, leisure, and residential schemes, their portfolio includes flagship workplace fit-outs and large-scale developments across the capital.
What’s on offer:
- Opportunity to work on major commercial fit-out and regeneration projects across London.
- Preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports to support project delivery.
- Involvement in procurement processes and tender documentation.
- Assisting with contract negotiation and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Supporting value engineering and risk management initiatives.
- Exposure to client-facing work and collaboration with senior colleagues.
About you
- Experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management, within a consultancy environment.
- Solid pre- and post-contract delivery skills with a good understanding of procurement and tendering.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports.
- Confident communicator, able to work with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- MRICS qualification is advantageous but not essential — support towards chartership can be provided.
