Matthew joined Capstone in 2019 after completing a BSc. (Honours) Degree in Quantity Surveying at The University of Cape Town. Following graduation, Matthew joined Capstone, initially specialising in the UK Cost Management market before promotions enabled him to establish Capstone's US business.
Matthew now leads on Cost and Project Management recruitment across the US as well as Engineering, Real Estate Advisory and Operational roles within our client organisations.
As a team we work with a variety of clients from boutique consultancies to leading international real estate firms, developers and funds, placing in country talent as well as relocations in to the US from other countries.
