Mary Osuagwu is a seasoned project and program management professional with a background in large-scale infrastructure projects across multiple sectors, including rail, highways, defence, local government, and energy. Beginning her career as a trainee quantity surveyor, she transitioned into project and program management in 2012, a bold move that has shaped her dynamic and adaptable leadership style.
Mary has been both a mentee and a mentor at various levels, including reverse mentoring, where she has gained valuable insights from junior colleagues. She has also mentored individuals through the Prince’s Trust, supporting professionals from non-traditional backgrounds in entering and excelling in their careers.
Mary offers firsthand insights into navigating corporate landscapes, focusing on helping professionals recognise their value, advocate for themselves, and develop the confidence to take bold career steps. Whether supporting mentees through chartership processes (APM, RICS) or helping them leverage transferable skills across industries, Mary provides practical and empowering mentorship.
