Position: Senior/Associate Building Surveyor 

Location: London

Salary: up to £60,000 + Generous annual bonus and benefits

Capstone are recruiting on behalf of a highly prestigious, multi-national firm of surveyors that are looking for an experienced Senior or Associate Building Surveyor to join their commercial offices team based in London. Working within a well-established, detailed, and meticulous team you will be assisting with complex projects as well as developing your niche within the company. About the role:

This role would suit an Senior Building Surveyor who is looking to move into a company where you can focus and develop a strong niche within your role. This opportunity would suit someone who can work well in a team and has a strong background in TDD or Dilapidations. A well rounded individual with a desire to develop business is preferred as well as being able to be part of a wider team. The role also includes:

• TDD
• Dilapidations
• Business development
• Coordinating internal and external contractors
• Face to face client engagement

• High attention to detail, well organised with a good initiative
• A team Player
• Be adaptable and above all keen and enthusiastic
• A desire to progress and generate new business
• Have a relevant degree within the RICS accredited Building Surveying pathway
• MRICS qualified
