Position: Building Surveyor/Project Manager
Location: London
Up to £55,000 + Package + Bonus based on experience
I am recruiting for a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants to work from their London office. The client has a highly regarded and established reputation in London, Hertfordshire, Essex and Kent and is now looking for a Building Surveyor or Project Manager with Building Surveying experience to expand their team working across the private and public sectors in London and the surrounding areas.
The role:
This role would suit either an APC Building Surveyor to Senior Building surveyor or a CIOB/MCIOB Project manager who has experience in Contract Administration and Project Management in London. The role predominantly deals with Contract Administration on both new build and refurbishment projects within the commercial and residential sectors.

A successful candidate must:
- Have a relevant degree (Building Surveying or Project Management)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
