What’s on offer:
Delivery of major commercial fit-out and regeneration projects
Strategic input, client-facing work, and leadership responsibilities
Preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
Management of procurement processes and tender documentation
Negotiation of contracts and oversight of compliance with industry standards
Value engineering and risk management initiatives
Mentoring and developing junior surveyors within the team
About you:
Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with consultancy background
Strong pre- and post-contract delivery skills
Confident in client management and stakeholder engagement
Skilled in procurement, tendering, and contract negotiation
MRICS preferred
