We’re representing an independent cost consultancy with offices in London, known for delivering some of the UK’s most ambitious and high-profile projects. With a reputation for quality, integrity, and technical excellence, this firm is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist Hotels team in London.
The Role
This is an opportunity to work on landmark developments — from major luxury refurbishments and listed building redevelopments to complex new-build hotels. You’ll take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients and design teams to ensure exceptional commercial outcomes.
You’ll report into a highly respected Associate Partner leading the hotels sector, taking responsibility for day-to-day project delivery and supporting work-winning activity within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost management across hotel projects, ensuring delivery to time, quality, and budget
- Provide commercial and strategic cost advice at all project stages
- Manage and mentor junior colleagues within the team
- Develop client relationships and contribute to sector growth
- Support tendering, procurement, and contract administration processes
About You
- MRICS qualified (essential)
- Strong background in hotel or hospitality projects — refurbishment or new-build
- Confident working independently and liaising directly with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent technical capability and attention to detail
- Consultancy background (contractor-side experience not suitable for this role)
What’s on Offer
