The Company
A newly established, boutique cost consultancy led by experienced Directors with decades of industry knowledge. The business is focused on delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across Central London, with an ambition to remain specialist, agile, and best-in-class.
The Role
The team is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join them at an exciting stage of growth. This role will provide exposure to a range of refurbishment and new build projects, with the chance to work closely alongside senior leadership in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Delivering cost management services across the full project lifecycle.

Supporting procurement, tendering, and contract administration.

Managing costs, reporting, and client communication.

Taking responsibility for workstreams with the opportunity to progress quickly.
Candidate Profile

Ideally newly MRICS (though strong candidates from graduate to Senior QS will be considered).

Consultancy background preferred, with commercial project experience an advantage.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growing, hands-on environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships.
