Senior Project Manager

£65000.00 - £80000.00 per annum    London, England

Position: Senior Project Manager Location: London/South East Salary: £65,000 to £80,000 plus bonus & benefits An award-winning international employee-owned multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy are the lead Project Management advisors on one of the UKs largest health science campuses. A major new build and refurbishment of an existing site based in the South East of England. The project is of international, as well as national importance, with major complexities across its life cycle. An experienced Senior Project Manager is critical to the scheme to ensure a smooth project delivery from design through to construction delivery. The project is at RIBA stage 2 and contractors are appointed. There are enabling works underway, but the focus of the role will be design until constructions starts in approximately 12 months' time.
