Joining an established in-house team, the successful candidate will report to the Controls Director and will line manage a multi-disciplinary controls team. Leasing of key London and regional retail and leisure instructions To assist in winning new business and to further develop the London team. Directly liaising and managing key clients. REQUIREMENTS At least one year of experience in a retail agency/ lease advisory or general practise surveying role. Confidence undertaking and closing deals. An excellent telephone manner Willingness to learn and develop knowledge across all sectors of the property industry. Interest in retail, fashion, and emerging trends. Ability to communicate and manage client relationships. Confidence to approach tenants and engage with the key decision makers within the business. Position: Senior Programme Manager (iQ Student Accommodation) Location: London with extensive travel Salary: £100,000 plus bonus & benefits Capstone Property Recruitment are privileged to be partnering with iQ Student Accommodation, a leading provider of PBSA in the UK, to build their Building Improvement Programme department (BIP). As a response to the tragedy of Grenfell they launched a major review of all the assets in the portfolio, the resulting workstreams have created the BIP. Project values can range from £50k to £5m+ across national locations. The successful delivery of the Building Improvement Programme is critical to the future success of iQ and an experienced Senior Programme Manager is a central hire to oversee the delivery of a workstream within the overall programme, providing management and control over planning, design and construction across a significant portfolio of UK buildings. This role reports into the Head of the Building Improvement Programme.
