IT Project Manager - Data Centres Location: Paris, France with remote working Salary: EUR 90,000 - 110,000 per annum + package Capstone Recruitment are working exclusively with a fast-growing, global, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy, who are looking to recruit an IT Project Manager- Data Centres, to work on a major, new build Data Centre contract with one of the world's most known tech companies, based in Paris, France. Joining an established team, the postholder will be responsible for the following scope of service: Represent the client ITIM team in design reviews, workshops & provide guidance on constructability, schedule implications, lessons learnt etc (specific to telecoms) Single POC for client on campus for client; responsible for co-ordination and reporting on the planning and execution of the telecoms packages In co-operation with the construction PM and H&S manager, lead/champion client's H&S standards Responsible for management and reporting of the planning and execution status of the following scopes and deliverables: Furniture Fixture and Fittings (FF&E). Senior Project Manager - Heritage

Senior Project Manager Location: London with Remote Working Contract type: Permanent Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + package Reports to: Construction Director Working in partnership with the most prestigious client-side organisation, Capstone are looking to recruit an exceptional Senior Project Manager to work as part of a major, iconic Grade I listed heritage project in the heart of London. Joining an established in-house team, the successful candidate will lead and manage a portfolio of projects from design and procurement, to construction, commissioning and handback. This comprises the reservicing projects; the creation of new lift shafts, lifts; new welfare facilities; the replacement of the Picture Gallery roof; and all associated (temporary and permanent) works, all whilst the Palace remains occupied and maintains business as usual. The Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage a portfolio of projects that form part of a larger programme of works delivering projects from inception through to completion within a live environment. Projects include high end building and room refurbishments adhering to strict listed building consent, the creation of new lift shafts, lifts and associated works. The role will work closely with specialist design teams, PMO team and will report into the construction director. The role will be client facing and strong written and verbal communication skills will be required. Day to day duties: People Management To line manage project team members to ensure they are undertaking their duties effectively, reach agreed performance standards, and that development needs are identified and addressed. To coach project team members in achieving their development goals, and to arrange training and mentoring as required to support their career development. To work within the Reservicing Programme matrix structure to ensure control of the project by collaborating with the Controls, Commercial, Construction and Design teams. Project Management To develop a strong, positive relationships with the Principal Contractor(s), to ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget. This will require regular reporting and attendance at project Board Meetings to report on progress. Control - adherence to controls procedures and reporting requirements as specified in the PMO Target Operating Model (TOM) and Controls manual. Commercial/contract management - work collaboratively with the Commercial Director and Procurement/Contracts Managers to ensure all contracts are tendered, executed and administered effectively. Construction - appropriate supervision and management of contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with current legislation, regulation, Royal Household and Reservicing Programme requirements. Commissioning and handover - work collaboratively with client and other key stakeholders to complete the commissioning, snagging and handover process to transition assets and space successfully into use on a right first time basis. Logistics and Security - Manage operational and logistical constraints to minimise disruption with client operations and maintain security of logistics operations. To work within the governance requirements of BPR and attending governance meetings, as required, to report on aspects of the EW. Compliance and Risk Management To ensure all contractors on the project, including sub-contractors, implement industry leading H&S best practice and standards and comply with their requirements under CDM regulations. To liaise closely with Property Section, Westminster City Council (WCC) and Historic England (HE) in the protection of the historic building fabric, ensuring that all works are delivered in accordance with WCC/HE guidance and requirements and seeking relevant approvals, as necessary. To promote and establish a strong culture of safety and quality through the design, construction, commissioning and handback phases. Financial, Contract and Systems Management To actively manage the agreed project budget in accordance with client procedures and regularly report on the project's expenditure profile and cashflow, to ensure the project budget remains on track and any variances can be addressed in a timely manner. To ensure the project is scoped, procured and managed in the most cost-effective manner in order to achieve and demonstrate excellent value for money. To ensure all financial, tender and contract management procedures comply with Procurement Rules, and that financial authorisations fall within approved delegations. Person Specification: Ideally educated to degree level with a relevant professional qualification and substantial experience within the construction sector. Experience of leading multiple, high value, complex construction projects, including enabling and main works packages from procurement through to handover. Proven experience to deliver multiple complex projects in an occupied and live environment. Experience of working within historic / listed buildings on similar packages of work and working in a secure and live operating environment would be an advantage. Commercially astute, with prior experience of managing contractors (and Contracts) to deliver projects to an agreed quality, programme, budget and contractual terms, within a live environment. Proven experience of budget management, cost control and contract management, ideally gained within a value for money environment.
