Rob Joslin is a Founder & Director of Capstone. Based in London he is responsible for the Development & Project Management team in the UK; a sector where he is firmly established with over 12 years’ experience. Rob now focuses on senior level retained search assignments for leading consultants, developers, investors and funds.  

Upon graduation from Oxford Brookes University he spent a year in the property industry before joining a large real estate recruitment company. He worked closely with the owners, Dominic Judd & Mark Farris, who later became Capstone’s non-executive directors. This experience gave him the appetite to co-found Capstone, and develop a dynamic real estate recruitment offering lacking after the recession in 2008. He hasn’t looked back since.   

Rob feels one of the positives about being a Director at Capstone is working with his team; developing & mentoring consultants, from all walks of life, to be the best they can be. If Rob isn’t in one of London’s meeting rooms interviewing candidates or out of the office meeting clients, you will hear him leading from the front on the sales floor.

Residential Project Manager

£90000.00 - £110000.00 per annum + Bonus & Benefits     London, England

Position: Senior Project Manager Location: Central London Salary: £90,000 to £110,000 plus Bonus & Benefits Officially named as Development Manager for London's most prestigious Hotel & Residences development on behalf of a faceless overseas investor, a high calibre a Senior Level Project Manager with significant luxury residential experience is required to support an existing team as well as overseeing the provision of project & design management services provided by external consultants. Alongside the hotel the project will include 40 luxury apartments, the building has been designed by a signature Architect with a reputation for redeveloping/replacing many of London's largest offices. The role; An intense element of the overall project are the individual residences, each apartment will be bespoke. Expectations of the private clients are high and an experienced Residential Project Manager with a track record of delivering one-off/bespoke luxury residences is key to delivery success.
