Henry studied International Relations and Politics at Oxford Brookes University before joining Capstone. Working with people has always been a key factor for Henry when moving into a job and recruitment provides exactly that. Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager Salary - £75,000 to £90,000 + Package London Capstone are recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a Fulham based developer to work on a large scale new-build hotel. Our clients primary focus is on the London market where they manage a portfolio of retained assets that combine strong investment returns with development opportunities. Whilst this opportunity would be primarily focused on a £90 million new-build hotel, there would be a chance to work on smaller commercial projects alongside, ranging from £1 million to £12 million. The role As a Senior Project Manager, you would be in charge of delivering the new-build hotel whilst reporting into the Managing Director of the company. As part of a small company you will need to be able to act both autonomously and as part of a team. You will need to be able to run multiple projects adjacently, so strong organisational skills are necessary. Requirements: Ideally you will be degree educated and chartered with a construction board (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM etc..) A proven track record of delivering new-build projects in central London valued over £10 million. Previous experience in both the hotel and commercial office sectors are ideal. Able to deliver projects on budget, on time and to an extremely high standard. The role As Senior Project Manager/Associate Director you will be undertaking key projects on this large masterplan within prime London. Our client currently stands at 20 strong, based in a modern and contemporary office situated in central London. They operate as a specialist consultancy providing services to some of the UKs leading investors, developers, occupiers & funds. Capstone are seeking to recruit an Associate Director to lead & develop a fully integrated design one stop shop for fit out work both across their current client base, whilst also developing their network. Despite the majority of projects being new build and refurbishment focused, our client has a fantastic track record in delivering major workplace fit out projects for top technology and legal organisations. The role; As an Associate Director you would be looking to deliver high calibre and professional project management consultancy across commercial occupier & investor clients whilst also being a leader of both internal teams and external parties. The role would look for you to manage and develop client relationships with a large contribution to business development assignments & representing the office/team in the market. Support is provided but you must be capable to deliver projects autonomously. Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess the ability to set up, manage and deliver multiple fit out projects concurrently. Experience in the commercial real estate market is essential. You would need to take a lead role in the delivery of high-profile portfolios of predominantly CAT A refurbishments and CAT B fit outs from inception through to completion. The role is client facing and the candidate will be expected to have strong interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with client representatives at a senior/board level. Characteristics Degree level qualification in a relevant area (Project Management, Architecture, Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, Building Surveying etc...)
