Job Title: Residential Property Administrator (Interim Position) Reporting to: Head of Residential Location: Office based: Central London West End Hourly Rate: £15.39 per hour Purpose of Position: The purpose of the Residential Property Administrator (RPA) position is to assist with the day-to-day functions of the Residential Property Management Department and support the Head of Residential (HoR) and Property Managers (PM) in all administrative aspects of management pertaining to the residential portfolio. Role Description The Project Planner will be responsible for the development of project schedules from client RfPs to construction close out and operational mobilisation, for multiple large-scale data centre projects.
