Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 + Package & Bonus
Capstone are working in partnership with one of the worlds renowned independent construction and property consultancies to acquire a Senior Project Manager to become an integral part of their New York HQ.
This organization is renowned for their landmark schemes, highly trained individuals and service excellence and, uniquely for the New York consultancy market, has projects and clients across more than just T.I, including a variety of ground up and shell and core development (residential, hospitality and commercial).
Our client is well known in the industry for their technical excellence, prolific schemes, highly trained individuals and project and service delivery, this organization ensures they remain leaders in the field, continually investing in the development of their people through lifelong learning and structured training. The business currently has offices in New York, Miami, Tampa, Los Angeles and San Francisco as well as two newly established offices in Texas.
The organization is currently thriving across the UK and USA and is working on several prolific schemes across the East Coast and New York Metro area, and because of their current success and future pipeline are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to continue driving forward the growth of the office. The organizations structured training, strong financial backing and flexibility due to their independence means that this success will continue to grow from strength to strength.
Roles / Responsibilities
- Advise clients on project delivery and outcomes from concept through to completion
- Act as the Owner's representative with project oversight across various stages of developments.
- Appoint and manage contractors and wider project teams
- Prepare regular internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
- Build strong relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
You will be an energetic, motivated Project Management professional who is ambitious, while having a proven track record as an exceptional Project Manager. You will have at least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager working for either a Owner's Representative firm, consultancy or general contractor working on real estate construction projects. The successful candidate will ideally have extensive knowledge of commercial T.I and ground up construction projects. Individuals must currently be in country in the USA and applicants must fulfil the criteria of the E-Treaty Visa which is required for this position or be a US citizen.
