Senior Project Coordinator - Global Construction PMO Services
Permanent £35,000 - £40,000 + package
Capstone have been instructed by a key client to secure a Senior Project Coordinator to join a Global PMO Services division of a Commercial Real Estate Firm. This Global PMO deliver corporate occupier fit outs, refurbishments, work space design and optimization among other services. The existing team are thriving young professionals who are eager for success in construction project and programmes, and who are delivering exceptional work to clients within financial services, technology, hospitality and across a varied portfolio.
The Senior Project Coordinator will have aspirations to become a Project Manager and bring strong experience of working as a support to a delivery focused Project Management Team. Ideally you will currently be working in an in-house projects team, Consultancy or Architecture Practice as Project Support / Project Assistant / Project Coordinator working on fit out or refurbishment projects !
This consultancy is highly rewarding and promotes from within so you will have exposure to a career and be motivated by the team around you and guided by experienced senior management.
- Industry related degree / MSc
- Membership qualifications are an advantage
- 4 - 5 years' experience assisting Project Managers
- Experience with processes, excel reports, project systems, database maintenance
- Experience monitoring project KPIs, financial administration and weekly reports
- Key qualities; ambitious, driven, team player and willing attitude
