SENIOR BUILDING SURVEYOR

LONDON / REMOTE

£65,000 + PACKAGE + BONUS

I am excited to be working with a fantastic, well-established, and highly regarded Building Consultancy on an exclusive search for a Senior-level addition for their tight-knit team. The firm currently comprises of eleven fee earners, and they are looking to expand considerably over the next 12 months, due to their impressive pipeline of guaranteed work. My client has a long-standing client base, which includes major Investment Houses and developers, such as Aviva, GPE, TH Real Estate, L&G and Royal London.

In terms of the working culture, it is very relaxed albeit they are highly professional, energetic, and hard-working. The firm is spearheaded by five inspiring Directors, who have worked together for over 15 years, and have embedded a collaborative, supportive and meritocratic philosophy within the team. This is a company that has thrived since its inception, due to the emphasis they have placed on client care and the formation of relationships both internally, and externally.

THE ROLE:

This role will encompass the breadth of all core Building Surveying service lines, looking after predominantly commercial assets in Central London. You will thus be expected to undertake the following:

  • Dilapidations
  • TDD
  • Building Surveys
  • Contract Administration
  • Project Management
  • Insurance Valuations

ABOUT YOU:

  • Must be MRICS qualified (Building Surveying) and have minimum 5 years' experience within a commercial consultancy.
  • You should be ambitious, personable, and ideally have an appetite to further develop business.
  • Previous experience mentoring junior members of staff is desirable.
