Sales Co-ordinator

Position: Sales Co-ordinator

Salary: Up to £40,000 plus bonus + benefits

Location: Central London

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated candidate to join a prestigious organisation who create and deliver transformative real estate projects that embrace the highest international standards. This role will be focused on supporting the sales team for one of London's most coveted residential developments.

About you:

  • Experience and/or understanding of the Real Estate sector.
  • Experience working in a luxury professional environment with high profile clients.
  • Database management (ideally Salesforce) running reports and managing spreadsheets.
  • Experience working in a sales environment.
  • Understanding of the key guidelines of GDPR.
  • Computer literate with full knowledge of MS Office pack, Excel in particular.
  • Extensive knowledge of administrative, systems and other office procedures.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
  • Highly motivated, responsible, willing to work independently and make decisions.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with ability to stay professional, calm and friendly.
  • Excellent time management, organisation, multi-tasking and prioritising skills;
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy even under pressure;

About the role - as the Sales Co-ordinator, you will:

  • Manage the overall diary at the Suite - from sales viewings to internal meets and repeat viewings.
  • Follow up with inbound enquiries and qualify potential applicants on their needs and discuss the London projects in more detail.
  • Carry out viewings with potential applicants and relevant 3rd parties.
  • Ensure the sales suite is fit and presentable.
  • Assist with other onsite and offsite events as and when required.
  • Manage relationship between the development & CRM (Salesforce).
  • Manage the Sales Centre diary for client viewings, buyer's property reviews, supplier access & internal meetings/site inspections.
  • Manage PPE and H&S requirements for any Sales Centre personnel and guests going onsite.
  • Manage contacts database on Salesforce and ensure all sales members are fully compliant with inputting required data fields.
