The Company
An Australian owned quarry and landfill business with more than a quarter of a century of successful operatons. 

The Role 
The Receptionist will work with an established team of operational, administrative and sales professionals and be responsible for a combination of reception, administration and accounts payable tasks.  In more detail; 
  • Answering telephone calls and re-directing as required
  • Monitoring and replying to emails
  • Entering purchase orders and supplier invoices
  • Filing and scanning
  • Meeting and greeting customers and visitors
  • Organising catering for corporate functions
  • Mail collection and distribution
  • Data entry and reconciliation
  • Ordering and replenishing office supplies and amenities
  • Organising E-Tags for company vehicle
  • Ensuring the reception area is well-maintained and presentable
The Requirements
  • A strong team player who enjoys a busy and diverse environment
  • Strong MS Offfice skills 
  • Experience in accounts payable (processing invoices) 
  • Available at short notice ideally for an immediate start
  • Located within easy reach of Sunbury 
  • Have own transport (free onsite parking)
