Property Management Coordinator

Location: Hammersmith, London

Salary: £40,000 per annum + package

Capstone are working in partnership with a leading hotel investor, operator and owner responsible for managing hundreds of hotels across Europe. They are looking to recruit for a Property management coordinator to support their successful asset management team.

This is a great opportunity to join a company which is internationally recognised for its investments and portfolio. As property management coordinator you will work with the asset management team to ensure lease obligations are met and be responsible for producing forecast and cash flows for company portfolios in the UK.

Overview of the role:

  • Support Asset Managers with lease compliance, including preparation of lease payments, turnover certificates, service charge review and follow up
  • Contact property owners to organise property visits and answer queries
  • Assist with preparation and management of annual capex budget
  • Product monthly reporting and cash flow forecast

About you:

  • Knowledge of financial principles, that being P&L, analysis and cash flow
  • Proven ability working with legal, financial and real estate matters
  • Degree level educated in finance or real estate
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High sense of discretion and confidentiality
  • Able to encourage collaboration between different areas of expertise
  • Strong autonomy and attention to detail
