The is a senior and most influential position and will primarily be focussed with driving the execution of large scale projects in property construction projects, projects you have strategically targeted through released tenders and, importantly, your own initiatives.
Included in your remit, will be to
- ensure client satisfaction through outstanding PM delivery and Business Leader output,
- maintain healthy margin work,
- foster an “intrapreneurial” cultural attitude, focussed externally and on internal cross-discipline units,
- strengthen and grow the tender process, ensuring the correct mix of resources are applied,
- engage with your network to unearth new opportunities, both in the current delivery areas and in new markets.
As an established leader associated with prominence in NSW property construction - to both the private and government sector, you are comfortable engaging with and strengthening your networks, discovering opportunities that will grow the business. You will have led major pursuits of engineering consultancy work, plus carry the expertise that comes with safely delivering such projects.
As much as a doer, you are also able to contribute to strategy ideation, creation and implementation. You are comfortable in a principal position, leading and growing teams through solid performance management, that appraises, challenges and rewards positive behaviours.
This is a high prestige role which positions you as a leading representative of this organisation's highly successful urban development and regeneration team. Along with global growth opportunities and career development training, there is a salary negotiable in the vicinity of $200,000 (negotiable upwards.)
