The Role
As the Property Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:
- Analysing current and past financial data
- Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends
- Preparing reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the wider business together with the Project Leasing Managers
- Consulting with the Leasing Team to develop and deliver the commercial plan
- Establishing budgets and improvements based on the above information
- Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts
- Developing initiatives that may improve financial outcome
- Assist in preparing finance section of the DCG report for each development;
As the successful candidate you will be :
- Tertiary qualified in finance, commerce or mathematics
- Experienced in a development environment would be an asset
- Experienced with statistical analysis and financial forecasting with relevant industries such as shopping centre management background
- Have a strong attention to detail and good verbal/written skills
- Ability to focus on the customer/stakeholder;
