Operations Manager


Fixed term contract for 14 months

Office based


I am currently working with a high-end real estate business that delivers superlative luxury with meticulous attention to detail to its clients.

Based in attractive offices in London they are seeking an Operations person to work in all areas across the business. From HR, training, compliance, sales, and project management to property management. They are looking for someone who is super proactive and able to juggle lot of business areas at one time.

Ideally you will have worked across all touch points of a high-end residential firm.


  • Oversee receptionist and their responsibilities
  • General management of office supplies/suppliers, office equipment, budgets, and IT
  • Overseeing all marketing for the business including brochures, websites, social media
  • Manage all software implementation across the business
  • Be responsible for recruitment and HR issues
  • Maintaining all documentation such as handbooks and contracts and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant
  • Overseeing any issues in the property management department
  • Organise project meetings taking minutes and following up on any action points
  • Ensuring projects are completed in an efficient matter in conjunction with the various departments (particularly in relation to completion/dressing/marketing etc)
  • Compiling fee proposals and pitch documents and dealing with new business enquiries
  • Ensuring all insurances are in place at acquisition, completion and renewal

Who you are

  • Proven background in luxury real estate as a senior office manager, EA or operations person
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office
  • Able to add value and and make decisions at all levels
  • Resilient and assertive with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communicator both verbally and written
  • Knowledgeable of employment and HR processess and procedures
  • Experience working directly with clients with fees, proposals and new business enquiries
  • Able to support C-suire/Directors as requried.
