An Independent Commercial Property Services is looking for an outgoing Operations Administrator to support the Head of Operations as well as a team of Surveyors!
This established company works across the nation with Property Developers, Award Winning Architectural Practices, Project Management Consultancies, Surveying Practices and Private Real Estate Firms.
The Head of Operations and wider team need an all-round Operations Administrator to get stuck into every area of the business from commercial property administration, contracts, ad hoc support to a team of successful Surveyors, HR assistance, invoice processing, office manager responsibilities and more! No day is the same!
The Operations Administrator must be able to juggle multiple work steams, remain calm under pressure, be highly organised, have experience dealing with clients and have an excellent work ethic. You must have strong communication, be efficient and self-motivated.
- Background in Property / Real Estate / Construction / Architecture etc. is preferred but not essential
- 3 years' experience working in a fast paced administration position
- Experience with HR / Accounts is preferred
- Outgoing, sociable, confident!
