Interim Architectural Assistant/CAD Technician

£15 per hour PAYE

Capstone Property Recruitment are currently representing a multidisciplinary business based in the heart of the West End known for the delivery well designed high-end residential projects. They are a team of experienced, highly qualified Interior Designers, Architects, Technicians and Project Managers specialising in multiple aspects of design.

We are looking to recruit a CAD Technician to work alongside the Project/Senior Architect and/or Project Manager and assist on all technical drawings.

Key responsibilities

Creating quality & innovative designs for a wide variety of projects
Producing technical layout drawings and designs from site surveys
Creating general layouts, low-level services, and quick but accurate outline CAD drawings
Liaising with the wider team on design elements

Role Requirements

AutoCAD proficiency
Construction and/or architectural design experience preferred
Good levels of communication
Willingness to join a fast-paced and dynamic office

The ideal candidate

Minimum 2 years' experience working with AutoCAD

Experience with Sketchup and Adobe beneficial

Excellent attention to detail
Draw upon technical design experience
Highly organised and experienced in working to deadlines
