Head of Property

Position: Head of Property

Salary: Up to £120,000 plus bonus + benefits

Location: Central London

This is an exciting opportunity to join a unique company who deliver exclusive, luxury developments to a global client base; with flawless execution, meticulous management and total discretion. Every time. The Head of Property will look to ensure that all residential properties are maintained to the highest possible standards for their clients.

About you

  • Be responsible and accountable with high-level attention to detail
  • Discreet with an appreciation for, and focus on, customer service and the client experience.
  • A dynamic leader that recognizes the value in operational service excellence along with a collaborative and supportive team focus
  • Highly experienced in the effective and efficient operation of both residential and commercial properties
  • Well-versed in reviewing, negotiating and tendering annual maintenance contracts

About the role - as the Head of Property, you will:

  • Set and establish maintenance protocols and responsibilities, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Oversee the effective asset management of the global residential property portfolio, implementing change initiatives and imbedding best practice process that optimise asset performance
  • Take responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory obligations related to the maintenance of the properties
  • Ensure that best practice Health and Safety processes and procedures are implemented and strictly adhered to by all contractors
  • Act as the technical expert for the business on all aspects related to asset management standards and best practices
  • Develop operational service excellence by utilising and implementing technology, including workflow management solutions, to ensure consistency in delivery, reduce cost and improve management information
  • Develop preferred contractors for high quality and timely resolution of unplanned maintenance, establishing contracts where required to ensure priority resolution
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to the team to ensure the continued development of team members
