Salary: Up to $220,000 + Package & Bonus
Capstone are working in partnership with one of the worlds renowned independent construction and property consultancies to acquire an Associate Director to become an integral part of their newly established team in Los Angeles.
The workload will include a variety of ground up development (residential, hospitality and commercial) and commercial interior projects. Dependant on the individual you could specialise in a particular area suited to your skillset and experience or work across a variety of sectors and client accounts.

The business currently has offices in New York, Miami, Los Angeles and San Francisco as well as two newly established offices in Texas.
The organisation is currently thriving across the UK and USA and is working on several prolific schemes across California and because of their current success and future pipeline are looking for an experienced Project Manager to continue driving forward the growth of the office. This is a unique opportunity to join a relatively new team and be one of the first Project Managers in the office, whilst benefitting from the backing of internationally established business. Roles / Responsibilities:
- Act as a leader within the office, overseeing client account and large scale projects whilst supporting and mentoring junior team members.
- Advise clients on project delivery and outcomes from concept through to completion
- Act as the Owner's representative with project oversight across various stages of developments.
- Appoint and manage contractors and wider project teams.
- Prepare regular internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, analyse, manage, and mitigate risks
- Build strong relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
You will be an energetic, motivated Project Management professional who is ambitious, while having a proven track record as an exceptional Project Manager. You will have at least 10 years' experience as a Project Manager working for either a Owner's Representative firm, consultancy or general contractor working on real estate construction projects. Ideally you will have experience in a Director position or on track to make Director in the near future with your current company. The successful candidate will ideally have extensive knowledge of commercial T.I and ground up construction projects. Individuals must currently be in country in the USA and applicants must fulfil the criteria of the E-Treaty Visa which is required for this position or be a US citizen.
