Our client is a medium sized cost management consultancy with offices in London and New York who are now entering a new phase of growth. Current headcount across both offices is 25 strong and there are healthy ambitions to double in size over the next 3 years. Our client provides consultancy services across some of the U.K's leading investors, developers, occupiers & funds with an emphasis on flexi work space, commercial and life sciences projects.

As part of the cost management team you will be working directly with the Partner, having exposure to and supporting the whole commercial process. You will be expected to assist on pre and post contract duties across projects in the life sciences sector.
This includes but not limited to; pricing and estimating, change control management, procurement and tendering documentation, specification of work and interim valuations.
You will also be attending site and progress meetings; therefore, it is expected that you are able to hold yourself in a professional manner with exceptional communication skills.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivaent relevant qualifications
- Relevant construction experience.
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
- High standard of numeracy.
- Client-facing and enthusiastic about the industry.
- Eligible to work in the US.
