I am working exclusively with one of the UK and USA's leading multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancies to find a Cost Manager to join their established office in LA, California.
This well-known independent British Partnership have been established in the USA for the last 25 years and currently have 100 Cost and Project Management employees on the East Coast and their West Coast team is now well over 30 strong.
This opportunity is to join the Cost Management team in LA, working in a variety of sectors including commercial, high-end residential and leisure developments all up the West Coast of the USA. This organisation doesn't second their employees out to the big tech clients like most on the West Coast and thus your experience, responsibility and exposure will far surpass that of a typical Cost Consultancy. Client relationships and client interaction is a central part of your role and the company's ethos.
The company is run with a family ethos embedded within the culture; flexibility and work-life balance are important values maintained. Holiday allowance begins at 20 days as a standard across the business. This is a rarity due to local American firms offering 10 days typically.
