Client Relationship Executive - Arabic Speaking
London - Hybrid
Capstone are resourcing a Client Relationship Executive on behalf of a leading global luxury real estate developer.
The luxury developer is looking for a CRM to manage customer satisfaction by liaising with various departments and ensuring corrective actions.
- Handling of all after sales customer requests/complaints/queries
- Manage customer satisfaction results with the various departments and ensure corrective action plans are initiated and managed.
- Manage routine customer communication
- Responsible for day-to-day operations to support regular activities
- Handling clients though phone calls, emails, fax, Whatsapp etc.
- Meet daily call targets efficiently
- Initiate calling exercises for clients based on business requirements
- Up-selling/Cross selling if needed
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
- Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
- Positive attitude, good manners, good English in writing and speaking.
- Understand customer needs, handle escalations
- Fluent in Arabic
- Proven Customer support experience
- Track record of overachieving quota assigned
- The ability to communicate effectively with a variety of nationalities and backgrounds
