You, as the successful candidate will be working under an industry leader and are expected to work collaboratively with all members of the supply chain. A sound knowledge of quality and document management processes is extremely useful as you will assist with the creation and maintenance of Common Data Environments (CDE's).

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the intermediary between designers, clients and architects so that projects remains efficient and effective.

Providing end-to-end BIM.

Implementing and maintaining all the procedures in BIM and digital construction.

Acting as the gatekeeper to BIM workflow implementation and acting as a key decision-maker on what applications, workflows and BIM standards will be used throughout the programme.

Working with the project and design managers to ensure the integration of BIM requirements is achieved.

Working with the project and design managers and being accountable for BIM reporting on the programme.

Training or upskilling colleagues in specific software programmes
