Our client, a fast growing construction consultancy serving a diverse clientele worldwide, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Data Inputter/Administrator to play a pivotal role in their daily operations and projects. The Opportunity

As a pivotal member of the team, you will be providing vital project and programme support across multiple teams in the business. Responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately and efficiently inputting diverse data into computer systems, databases, spreadsheets, and software.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data by meticulously comparing it with source documents.
  • Creating and managing electronic folders and files to ensure the accessibility and organisation of critical data.
  • Safeguarding the integrity of data by regularly reviewing and updating records to reflect any changes or corrections.
  • Identifying and rectifying any errors or inconsistencies within the data, guaranteeing precision and reliability.
  • Generating insightful reports and summaries from inputted data, pivotal for analysis, tracking, and decision-making.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with team members, departments, and external partners to ensure the consistency and accuracy of data.
  • Responding promptly to data requests from team members, clients, and management, providing efficient solutions.
  • Confirming project and programme start and finish dates across the organisation, contributing to seamless operations.
  • Facilitating smooth communications and logistics between projects, ensuring operational excellence.


About you:

  • Excellent IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management systems is a must.
  • Attention to Detail: Your keen eye for detail ensures error-free data management.
  • Exceptional Organisational Skills: Efficiently manage and organise large volumes of data, maintaining integrity and accessibility.
  • Time Management Skills: Thrive under deadlines to consistently achieve targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for seamless collaboration with teams and supervisors.
  • Data Security Awareness: Handle sensitive information with utmost security and privacy.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Identify and resolve data-related issues effectively.
