Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Residential Projects
Salary: £60,000 + Package
Location: East London

Join a leading UK multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy based in East London. Our client stands out as an independent practice in the region, offering a comprehensive suite of services covering the entire property lifecycle. With a focus on building services, the firm specialises in delivering commercial and residential projects across London. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team managing residential projects for HNWI, esteemed developer, and equity fund, including new builds, extensions, and refurbishments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage residential projects from inception to completion, overseeing all aspects of project delivery.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project teams, coordinating activities and resources to achieve project objectives efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct general building surveying duties, including pre-acquisition surveys and defect analysis.
• Perform Project Management duties such as Employee Agent responsibilities, contract administration, and tendering.
• Manage projects across all RIBA stages, maintaining adherence to quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Oversee both Design & Build and traditional contract management processes, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of consultancy experience within the residential sector.
• Proven experience leading teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency across all RIBA stages, with a comprehensive understanding of the residential project lifecycle.
• Experience in both Design & Build and traditional contract management methodologies.
• Prior experience as an Employee Agent is essential, with a track record of successful project administration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
