Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Package & Bonus

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their London team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and managing hospitality projects of varying scales, contributing to the growth and success of thier client's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage hospitality projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, clients, and project teams to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Utilise construction technical knowledge to provide expertise throughout the project life-cycle.
• Demonstrate proficiency in JCT contract administration and effectively manage contractual obligations.
• Apply strong Construction Administration (CA) experience to oversee and coordinate project activities, resolving issues promptly.
• Employ a proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving, ensuring smooth project progression.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, specifically within the hospitality sector.
• Strong technical knowledge in construction processes and methodologies.
• Expertise in JCT contracts and Construction Administration.
• Previous consultancy experience, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex project landscapes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
