• Assuming the role of project lead for an Esteemed Education Institution, overseeing projects spanning infrastructure development and decarbonization initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with the institution to ensure project alignment with their goals and values.
• Managing a variety of projects including civil infrastructure, research facility construction, and office development.
• Demonstrating proactive leadership by driving projects forward to successful completion.
• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
• Effectively leading teams to meet project objectives within specified timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a senior project management role within construction, preferably with exposure to diverse project types.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• Self-sufficiency and proactive ownership of projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build authentic relationships.
