Position: Construction Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus & Package

Our client places a premium on professional development, actively encouraging and supporting Project Managers in attaining chartered status and Master's Degrees to cultivate a high-calibre team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day project delivery
• Engaging with clients and nurturing robust client relationships
• Developing and executing project management strategies
• Collaborating with diverse project teams
• Ensuring effective project implementation and timely delivery
• Producing insightful cost plans and feasibilities
• Assessing, tracking, and reporting on project changes
• Managing risk processes and implementing Value Management
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and designers
• Chairing and participating in meetings

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Previous consultancy experience
• JCT Contract experience
• A RICS accredited degree
• Familiarity with sectors such as commercial fit-out, PRS, mixed-use developments, life sciences, or high-end residential projects
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
