The Company

Our client is a medium sized cost management consultancy with offices in London and internationally and are now entering a new phase of growth. Current headcount across both offices is circa 25 strong and there are healthy ambitions to double in size over the next 2 years. Our client provides cost management consultancy services across some of the U.K's leading investors, developers, occupiers & funds with an emphasis on flexi work space, industrial, commercial and residential projects.

This company is very "current" in their approach and have recently refreshed their identity and brand. Important to mention that flexibility and adaptability are a huge part of their ethos and the company owners are a big believer in work / life balance and fully appreciate that each person has a different personal schedule and as long as the work is delivered it is up to each person how they manage their time. Part of the Leadership team are ex client side, so bring a different view to their approach in delivering a service and very much about adding value to their cleints as opposed to simply saving costs.


The role

  • To deliver a high calibre and professional cost management service cross occupier & investor clients.
  • Be a leader of both internal teams and external parties.
  • Manage and develop client relationships & representing the office/team in the market.
  • To work across a broad range of projects and sectors (not sectorised) and to work autonomously on projects.


About you

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to set up, manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently. Support is provided, but you must be capable to deliver projects autonomously. Experience across sectors and on both new build and fit out projects is preferred. The successful candidate will need to take a lead role in the delivery of high-profile portfolios within the private sector from inception through to completion.

The role will be client facing and the candidate will be expected to have strong interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with client representatives at a senior/board level.
