Our client is a medium sized cost management consultancy with offices in London and internationally and are now entering a new phase of growth. Current headcount across both offices is circa 25 strong and there are healthy ambitions to double in size over the next 2 years. Our client provides cost management consultancy services across some of the U.K's leading investors, developers, occupiers & funds with an emphasis on flexi work space, industrial, commercial and residential projects.

- To deliver a high calibre and professional cost management service cross occupier & investor clients.
- Be a leader of both internal teams and external parties.
- Manage and develop client relationships & representing the office/team in the market.
- To work across a broad range of projects and sectors (not sectorised) and to work autonomously on projects.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to set up, manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently. Support is provided, but you must be capable to deliver projects autonomously. Experience across sectors and on both new build and fit out projects is preferred. The successful candidate will need to take a lead role in the delivery of high-profile portfolios within the private sector from inception through to completion.
The role will be client facing and the candidate will be expected to have strong interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with client representatives at a senior/board level.
