We are delighted to be working in partnership with a boutique Hotel Developer who is vastly growing throughout Europe. Our client is looking to recruit an individual who will be responsible for originating and securing development opportunities, through identifying and reviewing new acquisitions and developments across Paris.
Main duties;
Lead Acquisitions & Development in the region, identifying and reviewing new acquisitions & developments, contributing to financial modelling and feasibility studies to support deal qualification Collaborate with research teams to ensure "target markets" are considered when evaluating potential locations and themes for new investments Continually monitor conditions within local markets to have a framework from which to evaluate new investments Aid in the development of a focused database of agents, property companies, funds and financiers that can be deployed within the region Lead the technical due diligence phase for all new acquisitions and leases; ensure the guidelines are met to consistently high standard of product relating to brand suitability maintenance (buildings and grounds), guest facilities, utilities, FF&E, OS&E Lead the selection of key Development Managers, professional team appointees and local strategic relationships (including legal teams) across the territories; more specifically, find the right partners and delivery team to scope, budget, plan and deliver construction projects and Capex renovation projects across the current portfolio on time and within budget Source and negotiate operating agreement opportunities in line with the business plan Conduct property investment appraisals and viability analysis of the potential opportunities relative to the company's business plan metrics and targets JV creation: working with existing landowners and developers to create structures that meet the necessary return hurdles for both parties Negotiate leases and management agreements Foster a strong team ethic and create a high-performance team culture raising the bar in terms of performance and influence throughout the business |
