Sarah is Managing Director of the UK business leading the PMO and Freelance teams within Capstone UK. She manages key clients across the Programme Management Office (PMO) team, placing Programme Managers, Project Managers, Commercial/Cost Managers and Project Support roles delivering Capital Projects across a variety of clients EMEA wide. 

Sarah started in recruitment after graduating in 2000 with a 2:1 BA (Hons) Marketing. Sarah moved in to property and construction recruitment with Judd Farris in 2003 and became the youngest Board Director in 2006. Since then, Sarah has been passionate about developing strong recruiters who are service and relationship driven, where success follows. Managing Director, Cornwall Up to £150,000 basic + excellent bonus + benefits Capstone is proud to be exclusively retained by a major global fund to identify an exceptional Managing Director for one of their hospitality resorts. Based in Cornwall, the site is currently operating as a hotel and golf resort with plans to transform the resorts offering. This is an opportunity for a change maker to drive the resort through a period of major physical and cultural change, to being a top family holiday destination in the South West of England. The overarching responsibilities of the Managing Director will include: Taking responsibility across all functions of the resort and instil a customer centric focus and not a segmented approach e.g. F&B, housekeeping, facilities, sales etc. Being a passionate and effective leader and change agent. Moving the resort to a new, family focussed resort. Driving exceptional customer service across all areas of the resort. As an experienced leader, this position will require you to demonstrate first class leadership skills, an ability to drive cultural change and put excellent customer experiences at the heart of the resorts ethos.
