Development Manager; Client Side Location: West End London based. This role requires extensive travel across Europe. Salary: £50,000- £70,000pa Capstone is working with a family office for a new business venture. The company is an investor, developer and lender. They are looking for a Development Manager to run the student accomodation developments across Portugal and the EU. The role will require you to travel to Portugal reguallay to source sites and manage the development projects. You will be responsible for development projects in their respective region, and will work closely with the local professional team to oversee and assist with all development aspects (including planning, design, construction, etc.). To apply for this role, you firstly must be able to travel and have residential development experience.
