Senior - Associate Building Surveyor (Projects)
Salary: up to £75,000 (DOE) + Generous performance related bonus + Package
I am excited to be working with a fantastic, well-established, and highly regarded Building Consultancy on an exclusive search for a Senior-level addition for their tight-knit team. The firm currently comprises of eleven fee earners, and they are looking to expand considerably over the next 12 months, due to their impressive pipeline of guaranteed work. My client has a long-standing client base, which includes major Investment Houses and developers, such as Aviva, GPE, TH Real Estate, L&G and Royal London.
In terms of the working culture, it is very relaxed albeit they are highly professional, energetic, and hard-working. The firm is spearheaded by five inspiring Directors, who have worked together for over 15 years, and have embedded a collaborative, supportive and meritocratic philosophy within the team. This is a company that has thrived since its inception, due to the emphasis they have placed on client care and the formation of relationships both internally, and externally.
Working on Commercial office and Industrial assets, the role has a hefty project management bias, although you will be expected to carry out technical building surveying services on an ad hoc basis.
This will include:
- Project Management - £5-30m
- Contract Administration - £100-500k
- CDM advice
- Building surveys
- Technical due diligence
This assignment would suit an affable, conscientious, and driven Building Surveyor, who is looking to work with a brilliant team, be involved in some fantastic projects and be rewarded with uncapped opportunities for career progression.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified member of the RICS (Building Surveying pathway) and have minimum 5 years' experience, working in a commercial practice.
