Title: Freelance M&E Quantity Surveyor . 

Location: London and Europe

Pay: £400-£500

Capstone Property Recruitment are currently working in partnership with one of the world's leading project and cost management consultancy, who are looking for an experienced Freelance M&E Quantity Surveyor with experience of delivering construction new build and fit-out projects within the Data Centre and Pharmaceutical sectors.

The role will be supporting key clients and will involve travel, so the successful candidate must be mobile and be prepared for regular travel. There are several additional potential projects planned for the coming months resulted in the requirement.

Along with strong M&E and client facing experience, a working knowledge of Data Centre's would also be desirable along with having the necessary skills and experience to work on projects within the Pharmaceutical sector.

Desired skills and experience:

  • MRICS desirable
  • Data centre, technology or pharmaceutical sector experience desirable but not essential
  • Good working knowledge of M&E Services
  • Flexibility to travel
