Senior Project Manager (SPM) – Commercial / Cut & Curve Projects

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000
Overview:
We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager who can confidently lead end-to-end delivery of commercial and bespoke “Cut & Curve” schemes. The right person will take ownership of key accounts and work directly with clients, consultants, and directors.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple commercial or mixed-use schemes simultaneously

Manage client relationships and consultant teams with minimal oversight

Oversee project programming, risk management, procurement, and delivery

Represent Constructive as the project lead in meetings and negotiations

Support and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
-
5+ years’ consultancy-side project management experience
-
Strong JCT knowledge (including insurance, EOT, provisions, variations)

Proven ability to manage high-pressure projects and stakeholders
-
Strong soft skills – must be a confident communicator and networker

Existing relationships with contractors, architects, or MEP consultants a plus
