Associate Director – Co-Living / Mixed-Use Development

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000
Overview:
We are looking for an Associate Director to lead on co-living development schemes from planning through to delivery. This role will also support delivery of Cut & Curve projects, managing client relationships and driving programmes forward.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as strategic lead on co-living development projects

Drive early-stage planning, feasibility, and pre-construction phases

Manage design teams, programme, risk, and commercial oversight

Work closely with the director (Rob) and mentor junior staff
-
Help shape the growth of the co-living sector within the business
Requirements:
-
7+ years' experience delivering residential or co-living/mixed-use schemes
-
Strong understanding of planning, design team coordination, and delivery
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities
-
Leadership mindset with a commercial approach to project challenges
-
Comfortable working on both early and later stages of projects
