HOUSE IN MULTIPLE OCCUPATION (HMO) SPECIALIST
£45,000 - £55,000 PER ANNUM
We are working exclusively with a leading private Landlord with a vast commercial and residential portfolio. They have over 22 properties within their House in Multiple Occupation (HMO)s in the UK totalling to 2777 units and are now looking to recruit a HMO specialist who will be responsible for overseeing agreements with service providers and onboarding and grow their existing portfolio.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Property inspection and portfolio management
- To give advice to the Landlord and service provers on Licensing process of HMOs.
- Liaise with service providers and local authorities
- Action works under the legislation that is relevant to HMO Licensing, the Housing Health and Safety Rating System, and the Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation Regulations.
To be considered:
Candidates must possess a working knowledge of HMO Legislation and procedures
Have experience in the Private Rented Sector
Working knowledge and practice of Licencing and health and safety matters.
